• No cancellations will be accommodated under any circumstances. 
• Returns will be accepted only in the event of physical damage to the product or if an entirely incorrect product is delivered, provided that you furnish an unpacking video.
• If any product found damaged, then we will repair or exchange it for free but you have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery the unpacking video must begin from the moment the sealed package is opened. Refunds for damages will not be considered in cases where aggressive handling during unpacking leads to product damage. 
• Exchange/Return norms: When return or exchange a damaged/wrong product, As of now we are not taking any responsibility of home pick-ups all over India from our end, But we will be helping you throughout if you take the initiative and ship back the items to us. We would compensate upto 100/- INR for reverse shipping if we are provided with the valid shipping details. This particular norm will be applicable for both the cases(exchange/return). We will initiate the refund on the same day after your successful shipping (details provided to us).
• In the event that an incorrect order is received, make sure you do not wear it. Your first course of action should be to notify us via email or WhatsApp, providing appropriate evidence. We kindly request your cooperation in resolving the issue. Rest assured, we are committed to swiftly providing you with your desired order. As a gesture of apology, you may even receive a discount coupon code. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
